HUMAN TRAFFICKING & FORCED LABORING
We are dedicated to eliminating forced labour and human trafficking from our supply chain. We make certain that all staff have the necessary safety and operational equipment to carry out their duties.
Workers at our offices and warehouses are treated decently, paid above-average wages, and given flexible working hours and enough rest breaks.
CHILD LABOUR
Under any circumstances or in any form, we will never accept child labour in the supply chain. If a person is under the age of 18, he or she will not be hired. Girrach adheres to the parameters established by local legislation and the eight basic ILO (International Labor Standards) Conventions.
