How long will it take for my order to be shipped?

Your purchase will be processed within 8- 10 business days. You should receive it in 3- 4 business days after it is dispatched.

 

How can I keep track of my order?

You will receive an email with tracking information once your product has been dispatched. If you have any more queries, please contact (support@girrach.com)

 

My order was delivered, but I never received it.

Orders may be scanned as delivered prematurely and kept at the post office for collection. Please do the following actions before we continue our investigation:

 

• Consult your neighbor, roommates & the property management.
• Look around your porch or property to see whether the package was stashed in a safe area.
• Confirm with your delivery service provider whether the shipment was detained.

Is it possible to update the mailing address on my order?

Please contact us through email to see if we can adjust your shipping address. The shipping address of an order cannot be altered once it has been completed.
