Ghirach is really concerned with your experience with us. While we make every attempt to offer you the best quality possible, we recognize that certain circumstances may necessitate returns or exchanges. If you need to return or exchange an item, please follow the instructions outlined below.

 

Our Exchange & Return Policy

Items can be replaced within 7 days if it is not customized after purchase if they are unworn, unwashed, and undamaged (unless the item was damaged upon receipt). Only if the received item is damaged in any way may it be returned or we can remake those and send.

 

Kindly Note

If you discover any dissimilarity, defect, or damage that may have occurred during transportation after receiving your item, please notify us within 3 days so that we may immediately repair the problem for you. We cannot give a resolution if the customer fails to tell us within the stated period.

 

Size issue

We strongly advise you to use our size guide before purchasing anything from our website. If the size is incorrect (runs small or large) as compared to our given sizes, please inform us at (support@girrach.com) within 48 hours.

Color

Please keep in mind that the color of the actual product may vary somewhat due to screen resolution variations.

 

Cancellation of Order

Order cancellation requests must be made within one (1) day of the order's placement (if it has not yet been sent) or a flat 25% deduction will be made from the value of your purchased item.

Order cannot be cancelled once your jacket is customized with embroidered Patches on it. 

 

Exchanges

Any item purchased from our shop may be exchanged or returned as follows:

  • Not according to the size chart
  • The item received differs from what was shown through email before delivery.

Refunds

We enable consumers to return their purchased items within 7 days after product is received. You can request a refund by emailing (support@girrach.com) Please read the following instructions before processing your refund.

  • The item must be in its original condition, with all packing and tags attached.
  • If the item is faulty or damaged in transit. (Images with attached tags are required.)
  • If the product is missing its original tags or packing, is damaged, or has been used too many times by the client, no refund will be provided.

We will begin the inspection process as soon as we get the merchandise at our Fulfillment Center, and we will begin the refund procedure within 48 hours of receipt. (Typically, the refund procedure takes 4 to 7 working days.)

We will require your order number, photographs of the item, and any other information regarding your use of the goods that may assist us in determining the potential fault in order to complete your exchange. Please keep in mind that your request will be denied if we receive an item and discover that it violates our exchange/return policy criteria.
